Formed in 1989, Pavement Recycling Systems (“PRS”) is an employee-owned company working primarily in California and Nevada. PRS’s broad-based employee ownership structure translates into a strategic advantage for the company with every employee having a stake in the success of the company.

Pavement Recycling Systems is a 100% employee-owned,  ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) company. Employee ownership pays off for the company’s customers, who find PRS owners are committed to quality work and customer service.
