Safety Takes Every Person -S.T.E.P. – is designed to establish programs and procedures that will eliminate accidents of any nature in our facilities, yards and offices, as well as our customer’s job sites and the communities we serve.
Zero injury policy
Our ZERO Injury policy is reinforced daily from the time an employee is hired. Training, safety resources and support in every way is part of managements commitment and expectation that “no one will do any-thing to harm themselves or others, or let someone else cause harm”. That means that each employee is authorized and expected to stop work immediately to correct any unsafe conditions that are encountered and to take corrective action so that work can proceed in a safe manner.
